Teaching about Chinese New Year

Having lived in China for years, I'm always excited to share pieces of Chinese culture with my students. One of my favorite lessons was teaching my 4th grade class about how Chinese people celebrate the Lunar New Year. Bringing in authentic foods, red envelopes, and reading about the Chinese Zodiac legend brought the lesson to life.
